TREND: Leopard print.

Leopard print is literally everywhere we look these days: dresses, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, sneakers, phone cases, I’m pretty sure I even saw someone the other day with some leopard seat covers in their car. In the interest of full disclosure, large doses of leopard are not my style, but I love the look on other people. Putting aside my personal tastes, I think that we’ll only see this trend sticking around for maybe another season, so if you’re contemplating adding some sass to your closet, do it in a budget-friendly way. I love this maxi skirt, this black and white dress, this textured sweater, and this cozy hoodie.

TRUE: Leopard print.

Yes you read that correctly. People say that leopard is a great neutral, and I don’t disagree. Small doses of it can provide just the right amount of interest in an otherwise simple look. For this reason, I think leopard will always be in style when it’s in moderation. I particularly love it in flats, bracelets, and bags. I’ve had this wrap bracelet on my wish-list, and I love these classic flats, this simple clutch, and these calf-hair sneakers (which are currently on sale.)
